We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with your purchase of The Ultimate Biscotti. If you aren't for any reason, simply return your order within one week of receipt. We will send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

*Be sure to include a letter specifically explaining your concern and indicate whether you would like us to issue a replacement or credit. Please include the label from the outside of your package for identification purposes.
Shipping Policy
We want to make sure that we are able to accurately process your order. The details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and method of payment are critical. Please make sure you give us the correct shipping information. Customers are responsible for any charges that take place because of errors. We cannot be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us.
Since our Biscotti are hand made, hand cut, and freshly baked to order, please allow up to 7 days before they can be shipped to you. We typically bake and ship all orders Monday through Wednesday and do not ship on the weekend to ensure freshness upon delivery.
Customers may choose from Overnight, 2nd-Day and Standard Ground delivery.
All gifts are shipped from New York City via Federal Express or UPS Ground and generally take between one (1) business day (North East) and within five (5) business days (East Cost and West Coast) to arrive.
Please allow 3 to 4 days to process your initial order. Exceptions may apply for particularly large or custom orders and during the holiday seasons. *Please note your Biscotti will be baked the same day they are shipped to ensure quality and freshness.

If you have any last minute requests, such as Saturday delivery, please call us and we will do our best to meet your needs. *An additional shipping charge applies if Overnight or Saturday shipping is required to meet your needs.
