Can I purchase your Biscotti in stores?

Currently, The Ultimate Biscottiâ„¢ is offered exclusively online, but we do plan to open our very own doors to you in the near future. (stay tuned!)

Is The Ultimate Biscotti all-natural?

Always! Our Biscotti are purely all-natural and organic. We use only the finest artisan ingredients and bake with great care. We never use preservatives or additives, ensuring no uninvited artificial guests. Every Biscotti is hand made, hand rolled, and hand cut with the utmost loving care.

What does "baked-to-order" mean?

When your Biscotti order is placed, we bake it fresh. The Ultimate Biscottiâ„¢ is not a mass produced product, which means your treats are never sitting on a shelf waiting to be ordered. Our Biscotti are completely handmade and always baked-to-order.

How many Biscotti are in a gift box?

Each Ultimate Biscotti Gift Box contains one (1) dozen delicious biscotti and weighs approximately 4.5 lbs.

Do you offer assorted flavors?

While we offer a variety of decadent flavors, we do not mix the assortments in our gift box.

Do your Biscotti contain Nuts or Gluten?

Yes. For allergy alerts, please be advised that our biscotti contain nuts. While we do offer a nut-free version, they are baked in a kitchen which is not nut-free. Our Biscotti also contain 100% organic select artisan unbleached flour, and are not suitable for people with gluten allergies.

How long will my Biscotti last?

Our Biscotti are all-natural and organic and are meant to be enjoyed fresh. In an airtight container, they will keep for approximately two weeks.

Will you include a gift card with my order?

Absolutely! We feel it is important for your recipient to experience a personal touch. We offer a beautifully hand-written note card at your request. Simply include your gift note in the online order form and we will enclose it in your package.

What shipping options are available?

Customers may choose from Overnight, 2nd-Day and Standard Ground delivery.

All gifts are shipped from New York City via Federal Express or UPS Ground and generally take between one (1) business day (North East) and within five (5) business days (East Cost and West Coast) to arrive.

Please allow 3 to 4 days to process your initial order. Exceptions may apply for particularly large or custom orders and during the holiday seasons. *Please note your Biscotti will be baked the same day they are shipped to ensure quality and freshness.

Can I have my order arrive on a specific date?

The only way to guarantee your order will arrive on a particular date is to ship it via Federal Express or UPS Overnight, or 2nd-Day.

Please let us know as far in advance as possible when you would like your order delivered, and we will work with you to find the best shipping solution.

Always remember, it is NEVER TOO EARLY to place an order. We will gladly hold your order and prepare it at a later date and on the day it is shipped.

How are delivery charges calculated?

Our shipping charges are based upon weight and destination.

Do you ship outside the continental US?

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Both UPS and Federal Express require a numerical street address for all deliveries.

Do you Wholesale or Discount your Biscotti?

Please note that due to our Biscotti being completely made by hand, we are not able to discount our treats. The labor involved in making each Biscotti is not reduced over a large quantity and therefore the pricing for our treats cannot be reduced. (However, we do apply a nominal courtesy for orders over 75 for corporate accounts. Advance notice is required) .
